Hillary first learned of Maine Adaptive through a brain injury support group at New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland. With the support and encouragement of friends, Hillary joined Maine Adaptive during the winter of 1998. Now involved in skiing, paddling, and cycling, Hillary approaches everything with great passion and persistence. Having overcome various injuries and life challenges, Hillary is committed to living her life to its fullest. Whether cracking a joke to make you laugh or sharing words of encouragement to push you through a difficult day, Hillary is a member of our community that we are grateful and fortunate to have.
