Adaptive Climbing

Anyone can Climb! Climbing builds on a person’s already existing abilities and helps them participate in the sport.

Adaptive climbing is one of our fastest-growing sports. Not only is it a fun and challenging sport, but it also builds your strength and flexibility. Learn the techniques to safely belay and climb with a climbing buddy.

We have adaptive equipment to accommodate almost everyone. Come be a part of our growing and supportive climbing community.

 

Six-Week Skills Building Session

We have partnered with Salt Pump Climbing Co in Scarborough to offer a six-week progressive skills and strength-building program at select times during the year. Please note: Each student will be asked to bring a climbing buddy with them to each session. Please email us for more information about this six-week program. The climbing buddy does not need to have experience, but they do need to be willing to work with the student for the full six-week program.
